I was contacted by the associate producer of the HGTV show "My First Place" and "My First Sale"  These shows captures the experience of first time home buyers and sellers - the ups and downs - from beginning until the successful end.  Here is an excerpt from the producer...
 
" Hi Krista-
I work for a television production company called High Noon Entertainment. We are currently producing two series for HGTV called "My First Place"  and "My first Sale." Our show captures the human drama of finding and financing one's first place or first sale, and ends with the home buyers taking possession of or selling their first home.  We always give the new homeowners or sellers a surprise gift chosen just for them!  We will be shooting in Denver so we are actively looking for some high-energy first-time homebuyers or sellers who are interested in being featured on either of the shows.
 
The person(s) who apply should be very motivated to buy and not mind having a camera crew standing by to shoot all of the exciting (and not-so-exciting) processes and experiences of finding or selling their first home. Therefore, we need to start taping with them as early in the process as possible."
